Terms and Conditions – FILAMART
Welcome to FILAMART! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or mobile application. By accessing or using FILAMART, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. About FILAMART
FILAMART is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where sellers list their products, and customers can purchase a variety of goods, including general products, print-on-demand items, and gift packaging services. Currently, we do not stock products in our own warehouse, but we may do so in the future.

2. Account Registration
Users must create an account to make purchases or list products.
A valid phone number and email ID are required for registration.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use FILAMART.
3. Order and Payment Policy
Customers can pay via online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD).
FILAMART may charge a ₹60 advance payment for COD orders. This charge is subject to change and may be turned on/off at FILAMART’s discretion.
In case of a refund, the advance payment will be returned as per our Refund Policy.

4. Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period – Customers can return eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof for Return – Customers must upload images of the received product while submitting a return request.
3. Verification Process – If the customer fails to provide image proof, FILAMART will contact them via WhatsApp or call. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the return request will be canceled automatically.
4. Non-Returnable Products – The following categories cannot be returned:
Print-on-demand customized products (as they are personalized).
Cosmetics, groceries, and perishable items.
Sexual wellness products (e.g., condoms, lubricants, etc.).
5. Defective/Missing Product Cases – If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must upload mandatory images while submitting the return request.
6. Refund Timeline – Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Refund Mode – Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If not possible, FILAMART may request an alternate bank account or UPI ID.
5. Delivery and OTP Policy
Customers must provide OTP to the delivery agent only after receiving the product.
If a delivery agent asks for an OTP before handing over the product, the customer should refuse to provide the OTP and report it to FILAMART customer support.
FILAMART is not responsible if a customer shares an OTP before receiving the product and later faces any issues.

7. Modification of Terms
FILAMART reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and app, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
