Shipping Policy

FILAMART Shipping Policy

At FILAMART, we ensure timely and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 48-72 hours from the date of purchase. However, dispatch time may be extended due to:

Product availability

Warehouse processing

High order volumes

Unforeseen circumstances


Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on the customer's location.

Delivery time may vary based on:

Shipping address (metro cities may have faster delivery than rural areas)

Courier service efficiency

Weather or logistical delays

FILAMART is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may require a ₹60 advance payment, which is non-refundable in certain cases (see Section 4).

The advance payment policy may be turned on/off by FILAMART at its discretion.

4. COD Order Refusal & Refund Policy

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order after delivery, the ₹60 advance payment will not be refunded.

If a customer accepts the product and later returns it, they will receive a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

If a customer denies accepting the order via phone call, does not answer delivery calls, is unavailable at the given address, or provides an incorrect address resulting in order cancellation, the ₹60 advance payment will not be refunded.

If a customer frequently refuses COD orders, FILAMART may restrict COD purchases for that account.

5. Delivery Attempts & OTP Policy

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Customer refusing delivery

Customer not answering calls
Then re-delivery may not be possible, and the order may be canceled.

Customers must provide OTP only after receiving the product. FILAMART is not responsible if an OTP is shared before the actual product delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on:

Product weight and dimensions

Delivery location

Courier service availability


Some products may have free shipping offers, which are subject to change at FILAMART’s discretion.

7. International Shipping

Currently, FILAMART does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
