Payment Policy

FILAMART - Payment Policy

At FILAMART, we ensure a smooth and secure payment experience for our customers. Please read our payment policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Prepaid Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an advance payment of ₹60 (this fee may be enabled or disabled as per our business policy).

2. Prepaid Orders (Online Payments)

If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you refuse delivery or return the order, a refund will be initiated only after return approval.

Refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account or original payment method. If required, we may ask for an alternative bank account or UPI ID.

If the payment is unsuccessful, but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within 5-7 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you cancel a COD order before shipping, there is no charge.

If you refuse to accept the order at delivery, the ₹60 advance payment (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If a COD order is successfully delivered and later returned, a full refund (excluding any non-refundable fees) will be issued to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Processing & Deductions

Refunds will be processed only for the actual amount paid.

Discounts, coupons, or promo codes used during purchase will not be refunded.

Shipping fees, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to FILAMART’s fault (wrong/damaged product received).

If a return request is not approved due to policy violations (e.g., fake returns, missing proof, or non-returnable items), no refund will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products

The following product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Cosmetics & Personal Care (Makeup, Skincare, Perfumes, etc.)

Grocery & Food Items

Sexual Wellness Products (Condoms, Lubricants, etc.)

Customized Print-on-Demand Products (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

Innerwear & Undergarments

Electronics & Accessories (if seal is broken or damaged due to user error)


Note: If a customer fails to respond to our return request follow-up within 5 days, the return request will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6. Empty Box or Missing Items Policy

If you receive an empty box or your order has missing items, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with image/video proof.

If you fail to provide proof within 48 hours, we will not be able to process your complaint.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: You can cancel any order before it is shipped for a full refund.

After Shipping: Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped. You can initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

FILAMART reserves the right to cancel any order due to security reasons, product unavailability, or any fraudulent activity.

8. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

All online payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

If FILAMART detects suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order and take appropriate action.
