Return & Refund Policy
At FILAMART, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring a fair and transparent return process. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Period: You can request a return within 5 days from the delivery date.
Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Fake Product Returns: If a customer provides a fake product during return/exchange, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
Return Pickup: If the product does not qualify for return pickup by our courier partner, the return will not be processed.
2. Mandatory Proof for Return Request
When submitting a return request, customers must provide a valid reason and upload image proof (e.g., damaged, wrong, or missing product).
If the customer fails to upload images, FILAMART will attempt to contact them via WhatsApp or call to request proof.
If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the return request will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. Even if a return request is submitted, it will be rejected for the following items:
(A) Customized & Personalized Products
Print-on-Demand (Customized) Products: Any product customized at the customer’s request (e.g., printed T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, personalized gifts) cannot be returned since they are made specifically for the customer.
Gift Packaging & Personalized Messages: If a customer opts for gift packaging or includes a personalized message, these services are non-refundable.
(B) Hygiene & Personal Care Products
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not allowed on:
Cosmetics & Beauty Products (lipstick, foundation, mascara, skincare, etc.)
Personal Hygiene Products (sanitary pads, razors, toothbrushes, soaps, etc.)
Innerwear & Undergarments (lingerie, bras, panties, boxers, etc.)
Sexual Wellness Products (condoms, lubricants, adult toys, etc.) – No return/refund for safety and hygiene reasons.
(C) Perishable & Consumable Items
Grocery & Food Items (vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, etc.)
Packaged Foods & Beverages (biscuits, snacks, tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc.)
Medicines & Supplements (health supplements, protein powders, ayurvedic products, etc.)
(D) Electronics & Digital Products
Digital Products (software, e-books, gift cards, recharge vouchers, etc.)
Opened Electronic Items (earphones, headphones, smartwatches, etc.) that have been used or activated.
Mobile Phones, Laptops, and Tablets – Once activated, these cannot be returned unless the product is defective on arrival and covered under warranty.
4. Return Process
Customers can initiate a return request under the "My Orders" section on the FILAMART platform.
Mandatory Image Proof: Customers must upload images showing the issue (e.g., damage, missing parts, wrong product) along with a reason for return.
Failure to Upload Proof: If no image is uploaded, FILAMART will contact the customer via WhatsApp or call to request proof.
If the customer fails to respond within 5 days, the return request will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Once verified and approved, a Return ID will be generated, and the return pickup will be scheduled.
The product must pass a quality check before a refund or exchange is approved.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Time:
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds will be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be equal to the original amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Discounts & Offers: Any discounts, cashback, or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the order.
If FILAMART is unable to process the refund to the original payment method, the customer will be asked to provide an alternative bank account or UPI ID for the refund.
Customers must ensure that correct details are provided. FILAMART is not responsible for refunds sent to incorrect bank/UPI details.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Payment
Customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay a ₹60 advance charge at the time of order placement.
If the order is canceled after shipping or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, this ₹60 advance payment will not be refunded.
7. Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange products only if the seller’s exchange policy allows it (as mentioned in the product description).
Exchange is not allowed for print-on-demand/customized products.
8. Important Notes
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must provide image proof while submitting the return request.
Failure to provide image proof within 5 days of FILAMART’s request will result in automatic cancellation of the return request.
Non-returnable products cannot be returned, even if a return request is submitted.
FILAMART reserves the right to reject any return request if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are detected.
